We will ship in the next 1-2 business days. After your order has been placed, your bags will be shipped in the next one or two business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once the order has been shipped and once it arrives.
Delivery times: Please allow 2-3 business days in NSW and 3-10 business days in all Australia for delivery once your order has been shipped. Please note that Covid-19 or natural events might cause changes in your delivery.
Unfortunately, we are not delivering Shopping bags outside Australia at the moment, but please check out our custom collection of bags, shipping to Australia, and the rest of the world.

We will ship on sea freight, 20-30 days (lead time) after your order has been placed and your artwork (branding) has been confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your details once the order has been shipped and once it arrives at port. Australian & International Orders:
Delivery times: Please allow 20-30 days for sea freight shipping (this will depend on the port of destination), plus 3-10 business days (customs time) for final delivery, if applies, once your order has arrived at the port of destination. Please note that Covid-19 or natural events might cause changes in your delivery.
Import duties: Import duties and tax charges will apply. All orders are imports, and therefore, a customs fee must be paid. All orders will be set on DDU terms in Australia, and CIF for the rest of the world, which means the customer will need to pay for customs fees. Someone from our logistics team will be in contact to inform you of the cost and payment. If not paid, the bags will be returned to us and no refunds will apply in these cases.
